Founded by PMU Artist & Educator Cindy Archer, the PBLLC Academy offers Online Self-Guided PMU Courses, In Person and Zoom Conference Training in a wide range of Permanent Makeup Services, Associate or Add-On Services, and Business Education Courses from State & Federal Licensing to Brand Marketing, Social Media Strategy and even Website Design.

Self-Guided Courses are presented on the Thinkific Platform. In Person or Zoom Conference Training Courses are scheduled and require a Deposit Payment in order to schedule your specific training.
