Returns

We do not offer Returns of any kind, regardless of circumstances, to maintain health standards.

Booking Fee

We may require a nominal Booking Fee when scheduling an appointment.  This fee is collected and applied toward the total service costs but will be forfeited if you do not cancel your scheduled appointment at least twenty-four (24) Hours before the time of your appointment.

APPOINTMENT CANCELATIONS POLICY

Out of professional courtesy, we require all current and prospective clients to provide a minimum of  Twenty-Four (24) Hours advanced notice of intent to cancel any Scheduled Appointment or Consultation.

Failure to provide notice at least twenty-four (24) Hours in advance may incur cancellation fees, based on the type of procedure scheduled.

Refunds

 No Refunds in full or partial on packages after three (3) days. If canceled before three (3) days, any partial refund will revert from special pricing to the full price for the service.

Permanently Beautiful LLC provides the highest standard of services available in the industry and enjoys a highly positive review rate among its clients.

Reviews and Customer Ratings are critical to the successful operation of our beauty business. While the saying goes, “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder,” we provide services that are governed by a Standard of Best Practices. A high degree of quality can and should be expected.

It is in consideration of maintaining these high standards that the use of any of our services constitutes an  agreement to the following:

  • Engagement of Services, whether in whole or in part, constitutes a binding agreement with all limitations and obligations within this tacit Non-Disclosure Agreement regarding all reviews and/or social media posts containing any information or opinions about any services rendered or scheduled to be rendered.
  • Disputes of any kind shall remain entirely confidential and shall not be disclosed in whole or in part by either party.
  • Full or Partial Payment constitutes the Client’s agreement to maintain confidentiality concerning all matters, including but not limited to (a) Negative posts on Social Media Platforms that currently exist or that may exist in the future; and (b) Negative posts or negative entries on Customer Review oriented sites.
