I wish I hadn't put off getting my eyebrows tattooed for so long. I had so many questions and concerns but Cindy addressed all of them at our initial consultation and talked me through the entire process, she set my mind at ease every step of the way.
I love her attention to detail, how she took her time, checked in with me throughout the procedure, and showed so much compassion. She takes pride in her work and she should because I seriously couldn't be happier with the results!! She gave me the confidence that I've been missing for years.

"COULDN'T BE HAPPIER"
This was my third visit to Permanently Beautiful. I wanted Cindy to touch the permanent lip color she did last year and to add a lip line. The procedure was straightforward and Cindy took a lot of time and care to make sure that the end result was perfect. The numbing cream she uses throughout the procedure helps me achieve minimal discomfort. The end results were amazing! My thin lips look so much fully with more definition. I couldn’t be happier with Cindy ‘s work, and I highly recommend her to anyone considering permanent make up, tattoo and scar removal or skin regeneration.

"IMMENSELY PLEASED"
I had breast surgery, a lift and implants and scarred rather badly due to a bleeding problem and had to have another surgery that day. The results were thick scars around my aerola and rather severe hypopigmentation. Im a dark latina so this made me self conscious. After having my brows done and loving them. I talked at length with Cindy about my issues and what I was hoping for as a final outcome. Cindy outdid herself, the color, shape and depth is amazing. The look like my old set and I am immensely pleased. Her skill is without question and I could not recommend her more highly!
