This was my third visit to Permanently Beautiful. I wanted Cindy to touch the permanent lip color she did last year and to add a lip line. The... procedure was straightforward and Cindy took a lot of time and care to make sure that the end result was perfect. The numbing cream she uses throughout the procedure helps me achieve minimal discomfort. The end results were amazing! My thin lips look so much fully with more definition. Cindy was very awesome. She took me to her work area ensuring me everything was going to be fine. She asked me if I had any questions because I was a... first timer with getting my brows tattooed. She used techniques that she learned to help me throughout the appointment. Before going into the appointment I thought I had no eyebrows then when she was almost done she let me look and I cried. Ladies,I had breast surgery, a lift and implants and scarred rather badly due to a bleeding problem and had to have another surgery that day. The... results were thick scars around my aerola and rather severe hypopigmentation. Im a dark latina so this made me self conscious. After having my brows done and loving them.
